Who's making this software

Grafida is made by Nicholas K. Dionysopoulos. I am a software developer mainly specialising in Joomla! extensions and WordPress plugins, most of which is published under my company, Akeeba Ltd.

What's in a name?

Grafida is a Greek word which is commonly translated as “stylus”. The word itself literally means “the thing you write with”.

Grafida is a content authoring tool. It is the thing with which you “write” your Joomla content. We found it fitting.
